Our sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hypnotherapy as offered through Sterling Mind is intended for general wellness purposes only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our services if you have any medical or psychological conditions, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or are taking medication that may be affected by relaxation techniques.

2. No Medical Claims

Sterling Mind does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results from hypnotherapy vary from person to person. Testimonials and descriptions of outcomes are individual experiences and are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sterling Mind. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Prices for protocols and sessions are listed on the website and may change at any time without prior notice.

All sales of digital audio sessions are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a session has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Sterling Mind — including audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and website design — is the property of Sterling Mind and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

Purchased audio sessions are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly play any session.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share, redistribute, or resell purchased audio content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Provide false information during signup, purchase, or intake.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that hypnotherapy involves deep relaxation and altered states of awareness. You agree to use Sterling Mind audio sessions in a safe environment — never while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterling Mind and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of profits.
